- Experience in ERP, MES, Materials Management, Supply Chain, Accounting, or Quality
- Strong communication skills to manage customer support requests
- 2+ years of consulting experience in manufacturing
- 2+ years of SQL experience
- Prior software implementation experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience testing and validating software configurations
- Experience configuring software to meet customer requirements
