Overview

GAMA-1 Technologies, LLC seeks a skilled Enterprise Architect III - Service Now to oversee the design and architecture of the Service Now solution in a telework environment. The Enterprise Architect III - Service Now will guide architecture, configuration, and deployment of the Service Now modules (SAM, HAM, ITOM Visibility) to ensure alignment with the client’s business objectives and technical requirements, and to support IT asset management needs.

Responsibilities

  • Review the implementation of workflows, dashboards, and reporting capabilities.
  • Evaluate current platform capabilities and recommend enhancements that drive automation, efficiency, and compliance with enterprise standards.
  • Lead the architectural design of the Service Now platform, ensuring it meets project objectives and best practices for IT asset management.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements for Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM) Visibility.
  • Oversee the integration of Service Now with existing systems (e.g., SCCM, discovery tools) and ensure data consistency within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
  • Validate and recommend the selection of Service Now modules, including evaluation of out-of-the-box features and custom solutions.
  • Ensure Service Now architecture complies with quality assurance and security requirements, including access controls and data protection.

Information Security and Confidentiality Obligations

  • Ensure adherence to organizational information security policies and procedures; actively participate in mandatory security awareness training; and manage confidential and sensitive information in accordance with company protocols and data protection standards.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Service Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
  • 4-8 years of experience with Service Now platform architecture, specifically in SAM, HAM, and ITOM Visibility.
  • Strong understanding of CMDB, discovery tools, and integration methods.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with government or highly regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with ITIL-based IT Service Management and governance best practices.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.

Work authorization/security clearance requirements

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance.

Work environment

  • This work will be completed in a telework environment.

Physical demands

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organizations and client facilities.

Travel required

Occasional travel to the client site in Hanford, Washington, as needed.

Proficiency Requirement

  • The employee is expected to demonstrate proficiency in all essential job functions, tools, and processes related to this position within the first 90 days of employment, including understanding job-specific responsibilities, systems, and workflows as outlined during onboarding and training. Failure to meet this requirement may result in additional training, reassessment, or other actions as deemed necessary by management.

Employment is contingent upon government approval and, if applicable, contract award.

This base salary range for this position is: $151,785 - $182,873. The base salary within this range is determined by factors including scope, complexities, responsibilities, contract, location, market conditions, and candidate experience and skills.
