The SEO Manager plays a pivotal role within T-Mobile's Search team by leading the organic search strategy and performance for our Prepaid brands. This role is a blend of strategist, collaborator, and hands‑on SEO expert, passionate about driving growth through organic channels across our digital ecosystem while preparing for the next generation of AI‑driven search and GEO‑based discovery experiences.

As part of T‑Mobile's broader digital ecosystem, you'll partner with cross‑functional teams across Product, Marketing, Media, Technology, and Analytics to evolve how SEO contributes to the success of the business. You'll have the opportunity to lead your line of business, champion organic growth initiatives, and drive new work streams that expand our reach and elevate how we show up across search platforms.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead SEO Strategy for Prepaid Brands
    • Own the end‑to‑end SEO strategy and performance for our Prepaid brands, setting goals with broader marketing and business objectives.
    • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities that drive relevant business impact.
    • Act as the primary SEO partner for Prepaid collaborators, advocating for SEO's role in the customer journey.
  • Drive Innovation Across Traditional and AI Search
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize for emerging AI search experiences, voice, and GEO‑based discovery.
    • Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to prepare our digital ecosystem for AI‑powered search transparency and content experiences.
    • Test, learn, and scale innovative approaches that position T‑Mobile as a leader in the evolving search landscape.
  • Execute, Measure, and Optimize
    • Oversee SEO execution, from technical audits and on‑page optimization to content and link strategy, ensuring guidelines are applied consistently.
    • Partner with Analytics teams to define KPIs, measure performance, and communicate results through insights and storytelling.
    • Leverage SEO tools and data to advise decision‑making and uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate & Influence Cross‑Functionally
    • Work with internal teams (Product, Creative, Media, Content, Analytics) to ensure SEO is integrated across digital initiatives.
    • Lead cross‑functional work streams that improve SEO visibility and operational excellence.
    • Help evolve the way we work by promoting collaboration, efficiency, and innovation across teams.
Education and Work Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5‑7 years of experience in SEO, ideally within large‑scale, multi‑brand, or enterprise environments.
  • Proven success managing SEO performance for a specific business unit or product line.
  • Well‑rounded expertise across technical SEO, on‑page content optimization, and analytics.
  • Experience with AI/SGE and location‑based search trends, and a curiosity for emerging technologies shaping the future of search.
  • Strong data proficiency, with the ability to interpret and communicate insights that influence business decisions to different levels of audiences.
  • Extensive experience using SEO and broader marketing tools to provide data‑informed recommendations.
  • Collaborative attitude with experience working cross‑functionally with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate sophisticated SEO concepts into clear business outcomes.
  • A proactive, problem‑solving demeanor and a drive to evolve how SEO contributes as a strategic growth driver.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
