Focus
  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives across North America for modular containment and structural systems supporting data-intensive environments.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team—recruiting, mentoring, and managing performance while cultivating a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Execute full-cycle enterprise sales from prospecting through deal closure, focusing on long-term value-based client relationships.
  • Identify and expand key accounts across data centers, engineering firms, integrators, and commercial architects.
  • Represent the brand at key industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
  • Partner with marketing to drive lead generation and content strategy aligned with solution selling.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline accuracy, and reporting to executive leadership.
  • Maintain deep market intelligence to anticipate trends, inform product enhancements, and counter competitive activity.
  • Collaborate with internal installation and project delivery teams to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and execution.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of B2B technical sales experience with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role within construction, electrical infrastructure, or critical systems industries.
  • Proven track record of revenue growth in containment systems, data center infrastructure, or modular building solutions.
  • Strong command of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experienced in solution selling, client presentations, and contract negotiation at the executive level.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical skills to assess performance metrics and guide sales direction.
