Insitu, a leader in Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS), is seeking a skilled Level 2 Support Technician for a 12-month onsite contract in Bingen, WA. As a Level 2 Support Technician, you will provide IT support to end users, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement effective solutions.

You will ensure a high standard of customer service, act as a primary point of contact for onsite IT needs and collaborate with senior technical staff as required.

What you’ll do:

Respond promptly to IT service requests, providing technical support in line with company guidelines.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, delivering effective fixes and workarounds.
Escalate and coordinate complex technical issues to higher‑level support teams or subject matter experts.
Document the resolution process for all help‑desk requests, maintaining accurate records from initial report to final solution.
Install, configure, repair, and replace computers, peripherals, and software.
Assist users in understanding system operations and resolving common technical concerns.
Support meetings by assisting with audiovisual (AV) setup as required.
Facilitate basic IT training for new employees, including workstation and account setup.

Education & Experience:

Associate degree in a relevant discipline and at least 1 year of professional IT experience.
Strong customer service focus and reliable work‑ethic.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with high attention to detail.
Clear verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities.
Broad understanding of computers, networks, and software troubleshooting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability and willingness to quickly learn new technology and software.

Preferred

Education & Experience:

Experience supporting Windows operating systems
Experience with hardware thoroughgoing and imaging/deployment tools
Knowledge of ticketing systems
Experience supporting remote users and VPN technologies

In-Office Requirement Statement:

(On‑Site) This role requires hands‑on work on our products/collaboration with on‑site teams, and will need to work on‑site full‑time in Bingen, WA.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 35 lbs.
