Quick Visit Urgent Care is seeking a contract Marketing Coordinator to promote our healthcare services, drive patient engagement, and enhance brand awareness. Responsibilities include grassroots marketing, designing internal and external materials, coordinating community events, evaluating campaigns, and motivating the team.

• Oversee all communication, including webpages, social media, newsletters.
• Develop promotional materials across print, digital, and video.
• Monitor patient satisfaction surveys and share with management.
• Lead internal events to promote employee engagement and retention.
• Set strategic marketing goals for the company.
• Plan and implement new marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with operational team and outside vendors for clinic openings.
• Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage website content, physician bios, and service pages.
• Delegate to clinic managers and staff for grassroots community marketing.
• Analyze consumer and market insights to develop outreach strategies.
• Communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
• Follow budget guidelines.
• Work independently and serve as a team leader.
• Develop relationships with Employee Services and increase employer contracts.
• Represent the company at community events, industry training, and networking opportunities.
• Ensure all marketing content meets HIPAA and legal standards.
• Travel between facilities and QVUC sites.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Travel to clinic communities 3–4 days a week.
• Participate in or host community or chamber of commerce events.
• Coordinate additional community events with clinic managers and staff.
• Annual Fall Football Campaign Sponsorship: attend one Friday night football game per location.
• Support and attend community events such as Back to School Bash, Summer Reading Program, Halloween Trick or Treat, and main community events.
• Maintain event calendar for operational reporting.
• Sponsor and attend Senior Center events in each community.
• Involve local YMCA or other community center to promote weight management program.
• Update employer accounts in EMR and tracking spreadsheet when new employers request services.
• Maintain renewed employer contracts.
• Analyze results/data from marketing efforts.
• Host bi-monthly Marketing Committee meetings.
• Update company intranet monthly.
• Pull weekly reports, analyze patient feedback, and ensure follow-up.
• Round at various locations to publish promotional materials.
• Ensure interior marketing collateral and designs are up to date.
• Maintain online digital presence through regular posting 2–3× per week.
• Create monthly blog posts and publish on the website.
• Send monthly email blasts to the patient base.
• Send bi-monthly marketing text campaigns.
• Maintain website and work with digital web agency for major changes.

• High school degree or equivalent
