The following general description applies to all hourly store team members. Please read the detailed information listed below.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders and complete associated paperwork.
• Take inventory.
• Clean equipment and facilities approximately daily.
• Training:
  Orientation and training provided on the job.

Deliver product by car and then to door of customer;
Deliver flyers and door hangers.

Requires:
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards. Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Arithmetic – add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36° to 90°+ in some work areas.
• Exposure to fumes, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°.
• Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Standing:
  Most tasks performed from a standing position; walking on surfaces with ceramic tile, linoleum.
• Walking:
  Generally short distances for short durations.
• Sitting:
  Paperwork completed at a desk or table.
• Lifting:
  Bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds; cases may be up to 3' × 1.5'.
• Carrying:
  Items of 3–30 pounds, trays of pizza dough ~12 pounds.
• Pushing/Pulling:
  Trays on dollies up to 30” requiring ~7.5 pounds force.
• Climbing:
  Infrequent navigation of stairs or ladders.
• Flexing:
  Forward bending, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting as required.
• Reaching:
  Up to 72” and downwards; forward reaching for toppings, cleaning, answering phones.
• Hand tasks:
  Continuous use of hands, forearms, wrists.

• Navigation:
  Read maps, locate addresses within delivery area, navigate adverse terrain.
• Driving:
  Deliver pizzas within designated area, multiple deliveries per shift.
• Walking:
  Travel between store, vehicle, and customers.
• Climbing:
  Five or more flights of stairs may be required.
