On-site | Full Time | Manufacturing Industry. Compensation: $100,000 — $140,000, based on experience. Pathway Talent Partners is proud to partner with an exceptional manufacturing client in the search for a Controller to lead their financial operations. , you’ll play a key role in shaping the financial strategy of the business while overseeing day-to-day accounting operations. - Leading and mentoring the accounting team to ensure high performance and engagement
- Managing full-cycle accounting including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and month-end close
- Enhancing and enforcing internal controls and accounting policies to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
- Driving cost accounting processes and delivering strategic insights into manufacturing performance and profitability
- Leading ERP system integration and ensuring ongoing data integrity (Infor Syteline experience is a plus)
- Collaborating with cross-functional leaders and executives to support strategic planning and business goals
- Managing external audits, tax filings, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Identifying and implementing automation and process improvement opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in manufacturing finance, particularly cost accounting and variance analysis
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and audit processes
- Proficiency with ERP systems (Infor Syteline preferred)
- Advanced Excel and financial reporting/visualization skills
- Strong business acumen and the ability to think both strategically and tactically
