This is a high-impact opportunity for a seasoned accounting professional who brings both strategic oversight and hands-on execution to a fast-paced, growth-focused organization.

, you’ll play a key role in shaping the financial strategy of the business while overseeing day-to-day accounting operations. • Leading and mentoring the accounting team to ensure high performance and engagement
• Managing full-cycle accounting including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and month-end close
• Enhancing and enforcing internal controls and accounting policies to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
• Driving cost accounting processes and delivering strategic insights into manufacturing performance and profitability
• Leading ERP system integration and ensuring ongoing data integrity (Infor Syteline experience is a plus)
• Collaborating with cross-functional leaders and executives to support strategic planning and business goals
• Managing external audits, tax filings, and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Identifying and implementing automation and process improvement opportunities

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong background in manufacturing finance, particularly cost accounting and variance analysis
• Deep knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and audit processes
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Infor Syteline preferred)
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting/visualization skills
• Strong business acumen and the ability to think both strategically and tactically
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
