GENERAL MANAGER
The Point Casino and Hotel
Kingston, Washington
A leadership role supporting Tribal sovereignty, economic growth, and long-term operational excellence.
The Point Casino and Hotel, a Tribal gaming and hospitality enterprise of the Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe, is seeking an experienced General Manager to provide executive leadership for its casino and hotel operations.
Set along the shores of Puget Sound in Kingston, Washington, The Point offers the rare balance of executive leadership and unmatched lifestyle. From ferry rides to Seattle's world-class arts, sports, and entertainment to weekends spent exploring Olympic National Park, coastal vineyards, and Pacific Northwest scenery, this role offers both professional impact and personal fulfillment.
As General Manager, you will serve as the executive leader responsible for the overall performance, culture, and strategic direction of the casino and hotel. Reporting directly to the COO of Noo Kayet Investments, you will guide day-to-day operations while shaping long-term strategies that drive profitability, innovation, and sustainability.
This role is ideal for a proven hospitality and gaming leader who thrives in complex environments, values Tribal sovereignty and culture, and brings a strong vision for growth. You will lead through collaboration, data-driven decision making, and a deep commitment to guest experience and team development.
The General Manager provides executive oversight of all casino and hotel operations, financial performance, regulatory compliance, marketing strategy, and organizational development. You will build and mentor high-performing leadership teams, foster a positive workplace culture, and maintain strong relationships with Tribal leadership, regulatory agencies, and community partners. You will also play a key role in evaluating new services, amenities, and opportunities that enhance the property's competitive position.
Qualified candidates will bring extensive executive leadership experience in casino and hotel operations, a strong record of strategic and financial success, and a thorough understanding of Tribal, State, and federal gaming regulations. Prior Tribal gaming experience is strongly preferred, along with demonstrated integrity, accountability, and a passion for excellence.
This is more than a General Manager role. It is an opportunity to lead with purpose, contribute to long-term Tribal prosperity, and leave a lasting impact on a destination that blends culture, community, and world-class hospitality in the Pacific Northwest.
