Oversee all daily operations of the dealership, ensuring every department runs smoothly and efficiently.
Coach and mentor department managers to help them reach their personal and professional goals.
Assist in recruiting and training of sales associates.
Cultivate a welcoming atmosphere that keeps our customers coming back year after year.
Manage dealership inventory, advertising strategies, and overall facility maintenance.
Ensure strict compliance with all manufacturer and state regulations.
Monitor monthly financial reports to identify areas for growth and improve overall profitability.
RequirementsMinimum of five years of experience in automotive dealership management, Stellantis experience preferred.
Proven track record of hitting sales targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
Deep understanding of dealership financial statements and profit centers.
Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on coaching and developing diverse teams.
Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Must be willing to relocate before starting in the position.
