Production Worker I:
This position is responsible for doing general labor work on the production line doing multiple functions.
Essential Functions of the Job:- Boxing and labeling of products
- Inspection of products
- Weighing cartons and products
- Loading products onto production lines
- Counting products
- Check date codes to ensure accuracy
- Perform quality checks
- Read and interpret documents as they apply to production
- Operate simple mechanical equipment
- Follow company GMP’s (good manufacturing practices) and all other quality programs as they relate to the production department
- Wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) when required
- Responsible for ensuring work area is clean and organized
- Strictly adhere to all Safety policies
- Committed to ensuring that the products produced meet all food safety and quality requirements

Minimum Qualifications:- High School or equivalent
- Manufacturing experience is preferred.
Skills:
- Ability to use critical thinking to plan and problem-solve.
Approximately; 100% of work is performed in a manufacturing facility which is not climate controlled and may contain allergens. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, climb stairs and stand for long periods of time.
