• Operate pouching machinery efficiently to meet production and quality standards.
• Set up machines according to job specifications and ensure proper run speeds.
• Conduct regular quality checks and maintain production reports.
• Perform machine changeovers, preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Monitor materials for defects and report any concerns to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety, quality, and food safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
• Train new team members as needed.

• Experience operating pouching machinery
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and perform repetitive motions.
• Basic math, computer, and hand tool skills.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in environments with varying temperatures, noise, and humidity.
