Line Worker

Overview

We are looking for dedicated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Production/Harvesting Line Workers. In this role, you will be essential to the manufacturing process, ensuring our production line runs efficiently and that our products meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, where safety, accuracy, and consistency are top priorities. We provide comprehensive training to support your growth and success in this role.

• Operate and maintain food production equipment in compliance with safety and sanitation standards (including trimming and cutting).
• Assist with the processing and packaging of food products following HACCP and other food safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and meet production goals.
• Perform a variety of tasks related to Fabrication and Harvesting, depending on production needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or meat processing is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of safety procedures and a strong commitment to following them.
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward production challenges.
