Base pay range: $23.00/hr - $28.00/hr.

A family‑owned agricultural leader known for its innovation and quality in seed production is hiring an Agricultural Technician to join its hands‑on operations team in Rosalia, WA. This role supports local farmers by cleaning, processing, and preparing high‑quality grain and seed for distribution. You’ll handle everything from mill operations and machinery maintenance to fieldwork and equipment repair, ensuring production runs smoothly each season.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, dependable, unafraid of hard work, thrives outdoors, and takes pride in doing the job right, even when conditions get tough.

• Operate and maintain grain cleaning and processing equipment
• Run the mill and ensure equipment functions safely and efficiently
• Perform basic machine maintenance and repairs
• Clean bins, shovel grain, and assist with facility upkeep
• Drive tractors and other farm machinery, including manual transmission vehicles
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Support seasonal operations, including extended hours during spring production
• Assist team members and supervisors as needed for smooth daily operations

• 1+ year of agricultural, mill, or equipment operation experience
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable troubleshooting machinery
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs. regularly
• Comfortable working in confined spaces, at heights, and in varied weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Proficient operating manual transmission vehicles
• Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused
• Welding experience a plus
