Overview

McCLARIN manufactures composites essential to the world’s most innovative and efficient buses, trucks, trains, RVs, construction and farm equipment. These products help enhance human experience and drive progress toward a decarbonized and circular economy.

• Support RTM production operations to meet demand and quality goals.
• Ensure proper procedure is followed to secure molds for resin transfer.
• Continually monitor mold as resin is being transferred to stop air leaks with sealant.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• HS diploma, GED, or equivalent industrial experience.
• Mechanically inclined and detail‑oriented.
• Safety conscientious.
• Familiar with pneumatic tools.
• Ability to read metric and imperial measuring tools (rulers, calipers).
• Ability to read and understand basic blueprints/drawings.
• Maximum lifting of 50 lbs (team lift required for over 50 lbs).
• Adherence to McCLARIN PPE requirements.
