Overview
McCLARIN manufactures composites essential to the world’s most innovative and efficient buses, trucks, trains, RVs, construction and farm equipment. These products help enhance human experience and drive progress toward a decarbonized and circular economy.
Responsibilities- Support RTM production operations to meet demand and quality goals.
- Ensure proper procedure is followed to secure molds for resin transfer.
- Continually monitor mold as resin is being transferred to stop air leaks with sealant.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- HS diploma, GED, or equivalent industrial experience.
- Mechanically inclined and detail‑oriented.
- Safety conscientious.
- Familiar with pneumatic tools.
- Ability to read metric and imperial measuring tools (rulers, calipers).
- Ability to read and understand basic blueprints/drawings.
- Maximum lifting of 50 lbs (team lift required for over 50 lbs).
- Adherence to McCLARIN PPE requirements.
