Concentrator Operator

Anticipated wage: $19.87-$25.16/hr. depending on qualifications.

Shift openings: 4th shift; 4 days on-4 days off; 12-hour shifts (7p-7a) (7a-7p)

To monitor and operate the concentrators in a safe, sanitary and approved manner. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring the proper operation of the Blau Knox, APV, MVR and Unipektin units. Initiating corrections and adjustments to equipment as needed to ensure the continued efficient operation of the process.

Other duties may be assigned. All of the following are to be performed while adhering to Tree Top operational policies, safety rules, procedures and good manufacturing practices.

It is the responsibility of every employee at Tree Top Inc. to report food safety and food quality problems or risks to personnel with the authority to initiate action against these said possible risks. The Organization chart indicated key personnel with the authority to take action.

• High school diploma or GED is preferred;
  One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Forklift experience is preferred.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, you must frequently lift and/or move up to 40-60 pounds, reach with hands, kneel, stand, walk, close vision, color vision, do up and down stairs and/or ladders, and the ability to use fine motor skills to operate small hand tools.

May be exposed to fumes, frequently works around moving mechanical parts, occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme cold, extreme heat, and loud noise.
