If you are detail‑oriented, possess strong technical skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we invite you to apply and be a part of our mission to deliver excellence in aviation.

Position Responsibilities

  • Develop and document welding setup procedures for new or experimental parts lacking standardized processes.
  • Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and ensure quality; perform pull tests to validate weld strength.
  • Inspect materials for cleanliness and proper preparation, report deficiencies and machine malfunctions or unacceptable welds to supervisors.
  • Maintain electrode tips by refinishing and cleaning parts, equipment, and tools using approved solvents; handle hazardous materials safely.
  • Recommend improvements to fixtures and clamping devices to enhance welding operations.
  • Manage workflow by prioritizing jobs, retrieving work packages, and reviewing relevant documentation using computing systems.
  • Conduct safety checks of machines and work areas, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.
  • Maintain required personal and tool certifications in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
Physical Demands and Potential Hazards

  • Engage in various movements such as reaching, handling, turning, twisting, lifting, lowering, climbing, balancing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and squatting.
  • Work in environments that may involve contact with metals, solvents, and coolants.
  • Operate in proximity to moving parts and tools, sharp cutters, and potential slipping hazards.
  • Adapt to varying noise levels and atmospheric conditions.
  • Utilize personal safety gear to protect face/eyes, hands/arms, and feet while performing job duties.
