With manufacturing facilities in both Colville, WA and Paxton, IL the company is well positioned for continued growth. Position will be located in Colville, WA and will support operations for two manufacturing facilities.
The company is seeking a hard‑working individual to work in the Sales Department. This is a full‑time, temporary position starting as soon as possible and concluding July 31 2026. This is a non‑exempt role with compensation of $25/hr compensation also includes sick leave. Regular shifts are Monday – Friday with overtime as needed.
Responsibilities- Coordinate all warranty and aftermarket field service work, including the end‑to‑end management of travel arrangements and logistics for field technicians.
- Research and identify part numbers by cross‑referencing unit serial numbers to ensure accuracy in replacement orders.
- Prepare quotations for all replacement purchased parts.
- Process orders for parts sales and warranty work via MIS system.
- Coordinate orders for manufactured items associated with warranty or service work.
- Provide exceptional client support by phone and email, accurately identifying needs and gathering necessary information to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with internal departments to optimize workflow and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel programs.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on strategic problem solving.
- Mechanical aptitude, including the ability to evaluate parts based on form, fit, and function to ensure compatibility.
