We’re seeking a hands-on Facilities Engineer/Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and keep equipment and facilities running smoothly. This role combines supervision with technical work across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and custom fabrication systems.
Responsibilities- Supervise and perform facility/equipment maintenance
- Troubleshoot/repair mechanical and electrical systems (HVAC, pumps, compressors, ovens, etc.)
- Manage contractors as needed
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment upgrades
- Fabricate/assemble custom equipment (welding, machining, hydraulic/pneumatic)
- 3+ years maintenance/manufacturing experience
- Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills
- Welding/machining experience preferred; PLC knowledge a plus
- Ability to lift 75 lbs; occasional overtime
