Statco‑DSI is recognized as an industry leader and is one of the largest sanitary process equipment distributors in North America for the dairy, food, beverage and bio‑pharmaceutical industries. As a member of our top‑tier welding team, in a lead role, you will have a major impact on our customers and business. You will run job sites, making solid decisions for the customer, our work team and business.

Are you motivated by this work?

• Lead work site operations to complete jobs on time and within target budget margins
• Join, fabricate and repair metal by utilizing appropriate welding techniques
• Collaborate with the Customers and Engineering teams to ensure to meet all project specifications
• Communicate project progress and/or difficulties for necessary support and guidance
• Assemble fabricated materials and equipment
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams or schematics to determine the appropriate welding processes for us
• Oversee site inventory

• Prior experience as a job site leader
• Two or more years experience operating as a commercial welder on stainless steel
• Demonstrated understanding of inventory protocols
• Prior experience in a customer facing role
• Must be able to follow and convey clear instruction
• Thorough knowledge of welding best practices and safety procedures

Base Salary Range: $53,144 - $91,104. Total compensation includes your pay, potential short‑term incentive opportunities, comprehensive medical/dental/vision programs, as well as life insurance, disability insurance, paid time off programs, a retirement savings plan with a company match, and a wellness program. The education and experience you bring to a role with us matter; placement within our salary range is determined based upon years of directly relatable experience for your position.
