Contracts Analyst, Power Transformers (U.S.)
Location: Washington, Missouri
Role
Purpose:
Join our growing U.S. Power Transformers team to help us build lasting customer relationships and support order lifecycle delivery—from contract to delivery and finalization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management
:
Serve as primary contact, ensure timely entry, acknowledgment, and coordination with Production Scheduling. - Customer Inquiries
:
Address order-related questions and collaborate with Engineering when needed. - Contract Compliance
:
Oversee reviews, inspections, and maintain complete order documentation. - Finalization
:
Handle change orders, resolve penalties, submit final documents, and verify payment. - Customer Engagement
:
Coordinate visits, lead plant tours, and represent WEG at presentations and client events.
- Direct impact on expanding cutting-edge transformer production & sales in the U.S. market.
- Collaborate with a supportive, high-performing local team committed to both technical excellence and community engagement.

RequirementsBasic:
- Proficiency in order processing and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Candidate must complete an application, talent assessment, job interview, pre-employment drug screen, and background check.
- Must have current work authorization for employment in the United States.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience with SAP and
- Spanish language proficiency.
- Resides within a reasonable commuting distance of Washington, Missouri.
