Overview
Community Banker I (56271) – First State Community Bank.
We are looking for a quick‑learning, positive and energetic individual with a strong work ethic to join our team. As a Community Banker you will help customers complete transactions, manage day‑to‑day finances, and serve as the friendly face of the bank. You will provide deposits, check cashing, and advise customers on financial solutions.
Responsibilities- Build trust with customers by accurately and efficiently processing transactions.
- Constantly seek to improve customers’ financial health through recommendation and education of FSCB products that meet their needs.
- Use logic and reasoning to find solutions and alternative approaches to problems.
- Work as part of a team to create exceptional customer experiences.
- Advocate and be an ambassador of FSCB corporate values both inside and outside the bank.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior cash handling experience preferred.
- Prior sales experience a plus.
