Department: Operating Room
Status: Full Time (40 hrs/week – 4x10-hour shifts)
Shift: Days | Call Required

, you’ll play a critical role in creating safe, efficient, and healing experiences for every patient.

• Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment

• Assist the surgical team throughout procedures

• Ensure patient safety, confidentiality, and comfort

• Support Mercy’s mission and uphold our Service Standards

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED (proof may be requested)

• American Heart Association BLS Certification

• Proficiency in written and spoken English

• Ability to perform job functions safely and effectively

• Non-certified applicants may be considered with relevant surgical experience

Preferred:

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program (certificate or associate degree)

• Surgical Technology Certification
