What You’ll Do
  • Operate press brake and other machinery.
  • Measure steel blanks and parts using tape measures.
  • Perform setups and adjustments using layout marks, drawings, and verbal instructions.
  • Ensure quality and precision in every step of the process.
  • Use a fork truck or pallet jack to move material from storage racks.
Requirements Basic
  • Ability to work evening or night shift.
  • Ability to read, understand and interpret a bill of material, schematic, drawing, and/or specification.
  • Ability to communicate with and follow direction of leaders within the area.
  • Able to work over‑time as needed.
  • Successfully complete: application, talent assessment, interview, drug & background screen.
  • Safety‑sensitive position: we test for THC.
  • Resides or intends to reside within a reasonable commute of Washington, MO.
  • Has current work authorization for employment in the United States.
Preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of prior manufacturing experience.
  • Prior press brake experience.
  • Successful completion of the National Career Readiness Certificate ® (NCRC) offered through the ACT Work Keys program.
