Kofile Products is a custom binder and presentation company. We provide binders and accessories to state and local government bodies as well as presentation products (binders, slipcases, and boxes) for commercial organizations. We do 15000+ custom orders a year and we are not your typical production facility. We offer a clean, safe and temperature-controlled building. Kofile provides a full complement of records management products and services for state and local governments. Kofile optimizes cost-effective, quality solutions for permanent, historical, and digital assets. Services include preservation, archival products, digital imaging and conversion, indexing, micrographics, and electronic recording, management, and reporting systems.

• Responsible for a glue machine and hand assembly of custom binders
• Sewing materials to create bound books
• Quality control (QC) to ensure customer orders are complete and accurate
• Initial training program and future training in other production processes

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent hand eye coordination
• Ability to work with different measuring devices (e.g. rulers)
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to 4 hours per shift)
• Self-starter and desire to learn new processes
• Interest in long term employment and takes pride in their work
• Ability to lift 10 pounds regularly
• Enjoys hands-on and craft work is ideal
• You have to be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
