• Assemble mechanical and electrical components, including valves, hoses, PPE equipment (helmets, air canisters), and other system parts.
• Use hand tools, power tools, vises, and assembly fixtures.
• Inspect assembled units for quality, workmanship, and leaks; perform repairs or adjustments as needed.
• Work in additional production areas as needed to support team goals.
• Participate in continuous improvement (LEAN/CI) initiatives, such as:
• PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act)
• A3 problem solving
• Root cause analysis

• Willingness to learn — we will train you!
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and paperwork within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to match part numbers from drawings/job orders to parts bins and Kanban labels.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality — your team relies on you.
• Ability to safely use powered and non‑powered hand tools within 90 days of hire.

• Regular lifting of 5–40 lbs. (mechanical assistance and team lifts available when needed).
• Standing for most of the shift.
• Indoor warehouse/manufacturing environment (non‑climate controlled).
• Safety‑first environment: PPE provided and required.
