Welder

We’re looking for skilled Welders who are ready to roll up their sleeves and join a team that values craftsmanship, safety, and continuous improvement. • Fit and weld fabricated metal parts to produce standard and custom products
• Interpret engineering drawings and set up welding equipment accordingly
• Apply proper welding procedures (MIG focus) with attention to detail and quality
• Actively participate in continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives
• Maintain flexibility and a proactive approach in a collaborative environment

• Apprentice Welders
  :
  Students currently enrolled in welding programs or with 1+ year of hands‑on welding experience
• Journeyman Welders
  : 3–5 years of MIG welding experience, including machine setup for light gauge metals (16 gauge to 1/4”)
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and apply measurements accurately
• Commitment to safety and willingness to obtain ASME certification within a set timeframe
• Experience with forklifts and overhead cranes is a plus

• Must pass National Career Readiness “Work Keys” assessments (Applied Math, Reading for Information, Locating Information)
• Comfortable working in an environment that is not climate‑controlled, with periodic lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety practices
