The Role

This is a hands‑on manufacturing role for someone who takes pride in building high‑quality equipment that actually works in the real world. You’ll help prepare pressure vessels and related products for customer delivery by assembling components, following detailed drawings, and rotating through multiple areas of the facility.

What You’ll Do
  • Use drawings, videos, and work instructions to assemble and prepare pressure vessels
  • Rotate through multiple production areas (blasting, prep, hydro testing, etc.)
  • Attach valves and external components with close attention to tolerances and orientation
  • Apply labels, branding, and required markings
  • Work at times in large, enclosed blast rooms (PPE provided)
  • Operate hand tools, machine tools, multimeters, tow motors, overhead cranes, and occasional forklifts
  • Assist with equipment teardown after testing to support shipping
  • Collaborate with teammates to meet quality and delivery targets
  • Learn additional equipment, processes, and troubleshooting with support from senior technicians
  • Participate in continuous improvement and LEAN activities (PDCA, A‑3, Root Cause Analysis)
  • Follow safety procedures—no shortcuts, ever
Required Qualifications
  • Physical strength and stamina
  • Mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of basic machine tools
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic computer/data entry skills
  • Safety‑first mindset in a busy manufacturing environment
Helpful (Can Be Learned on the Job)
  • Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and ladder diagrams (expected within 60 days of hire)
  • Forklift and overhead crane experience
