Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Welcome to our 30-bed Med/Surg unit
, where teamwork, accountability, and support are the foundation of our culture.
You'll care for a variety of patients including:

• GI & Oncology

• Post-Op Recovery

• COPD & Pneumonia

• UTI & Dehydration

• Complex Wound Care

✅ Qualifications

Education & Licensure:

• Graduate of an accredited RN program

• Active RN license (state-specific or compact)

• Must meet all state board of nursing requirements

Experience
:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a RN required.

Certifications

Required:

• ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support

• BLS – Basic Life Support (or within 30 days of hire)

• Any unit-specific certifications (with timeline for completion)

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs

• Prolonged standing/walking throughout shift

• Ability to bend, kneel, twist, squat as needed
