On-Demand:
Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T2255) – role s role is On-Demand; you can work as much or as little as you like, with shifts posted by store leaders or other team members via the myTime mobile scheduling app. Starting hourly rate: $16.00 USD per hour.

Note:

On-Demand TM positions may not be included on the posted weekly schedule. A Welcome orientation and short-term training schedule are required, followed by scheduling through the myTime app. Reliability and attendance are essential, and shifts should be picked up once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours). If you do not respond to contact attempts or do not work a shift within 5 months, employment may be terminated.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience and delivers the service standard.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks to create a welcoming experience.
• Engage with guests to understand and solve needs using knowledge of tools, products, and services in-store and related to Area of responsibility.
• Assist guests with returns, follow register prompts, and escalate to leaders as needed while following Target policies.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, drive-up, and registry; maintain a clean and safe work area and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Stock supplies during store hours and be available for guests.
• Support cash handling and cash office processes as needed.
• Partner with leaders to de-escalate situations and recover the guest shopping experience.
• Know and explain benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment; direct guests to enroll in fulfillment services and Wallet features in the Target App.
• Maintain knowledge of store offerings and promotions, including brand launches and events.
• Adhere to safety policies and report hazards; comply with federal, state, and local laws including adult beverage compliance where applicable.

• You are flexible with hours, days, or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times).
• You have effective communication skills and a customer-focused, can-do attitude.
