Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandisers and Order Writers and fulfill merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, Belvita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit among other snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product via iPad Tablet to ensure in-stock conditions on shelves and displays.
• Maintain representation of Nabisco leading brands through implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Ensure sales representatives’ negotiated store plans are followed and communicate issues with Mondelēz management.
• Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager for efficient service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate positive, upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated, independent worker.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work, repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, pushing & pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25‑35 miles range from Washington, MO (secondary Union, MO).
• Schedule availability:
  Sunday thru Thursday or Tuesday thru Saturday, start time 7:00 AM.
