• Ensure print quality and production efficiency by making adjustments, monitoring output, and maintaining specifications
• Set up and change over equipment including installing printing plates, blankets, and rolls
• Maintain inks and materials through cleaning, adjusting fountains, preparing inks, and loading/threading rollstock
• Inspect products and troubleshoot issues to detect and resolve problems during production
• Record and handle operations by logging production data, labeling finished goods, and operating industrial trucks as required

• Experience with flexographic printing
• High School diploma/GED preferred; relevant experience accepted
• Skilled at interpreting technical documentation, including training manuals, blueprints, and specifications
