The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute “start to finish” variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks like merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you must be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, unless business needs dictate otherwise.
• Proactively communicate with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform store-specific measurements and accurate inventory counts, including cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes promptly.
• Hang store signage such as Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value, and Appreciate customers.
• Ensure a distinctive shopping experience that sets us apart from competitors.
• Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ years old.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential regardless of education level.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance needed to complete assignments.

• Indoor environment with moderate noise; outdoor lots with hard surfaces.
• Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Maintain a safe, productive environment following safety guidelines.

• Move and transfer merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Pushing/pulling up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, climb ladders frequently.
• Move throughout the store during shifts.
• Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
• Effective communication skills.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all required training successfully.
