** Qualifications
* ** Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, including prior or current consulting experience in financial advisory roles serving healthcare provider clients such as health systems or hospital/acute care organizations
* Experience in restructuring, turnaround, performance improvement, or similarly rigorous advisory environments, with demonstrated success in high-stakes client situations
* Strong understanding of healthcare provider finance, including capital planning, liquidity management, and key operational and financial performance drivers
* Advanced financial analysis and modeling expertise, including three-statement modeling, valuation, pro forma financial modeling, discounted cash flow analysis, and strategic financial planning
* Demonstrated ability to interpret financial statements and synthesize complex quantitative analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for senior executives and board-level audiences
