Position SummaryThe Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist IV is a member of the diagnostic staff of Radiology Services. The technologist is responsible for the operation of diagnostic and fluoroscopy imaging equipment and for performing examinations. The diagnostic technologist must maintain a high standard of ethics while providing quality patient care. In addition, the technologist must be ARRT (R) registered with current certification.
$7,500 Sign‑On Bonus for eligible candidates
Minimum Requirements- High school or equivalent (or higher)
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Current ARRT (R) required
- 8 years of experience as Radiologic/Diagnostic Technologist
Primary shift:
Day (Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm, rotating call during the week or weekends for OR coverage). On call:

IMPORTANT: This position is listed as a Diagnostic Technologist IV, but based on the minimum requirements that are met, the candidate of choice will be hired as a Diagnostic Technologist I, II, III or IV.
ECU Health Beaufort Hospital serves as a campus of ECU Health Medical Center. The 142‑bed full‑service hospital is located in Washington and has earned national designation as a Primary Stroke Center. It is home to a 16‑bed emergency department that serves approximately 25,000 patients per year, as well as the Marion L. Shepard Cancer Center – a provider of leading‑edge chemotherapy and radiation therapy, among other services.
ECU Health Beaufort also offers general medical and surgical services, operative services, a women’s birthing center, rehabilitation services and outpatient clinics.
