Base pay range
: $70,000.00/yr – $75,000.00/yr.
As the Registered Nurse/Program Supervisor
, you will be in charge of quality improvement and compliance, team training as well as monitoring the budget and administrative policies for your location. You will provide direct supervision of the team; the ability to multi‑task and think outside the box are critical skills for success in this integral leadership position.

Compensation & Benefits- Competitive salary: $70,000–$75,000 annually plus a Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule, with some evening flexibility.

- Current and valid North Carolina Registered Nursing (RN) license is required.
- Minimum of three to five years of supervisory experience in substance use.
- Maintain a valid state‑appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles used for work.
