Parts Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support inventory, purchasing, and parts fulfillment operations. The ideal candidate will help ensure the timely availability of materials and components, maintain accurate records, and provide responsive support to internal teams and external vendors.

• Coordinate the ordering, receiving, storage, and distribution of parts and materials
• Monitor inventoried parts for distribution
• Accurately process purchase orders, and receiving records
• Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, lead times, and delivery status
• Work closely with service, and production
• Inspect incoming parts for accuracy, quality, and condition upon receipt
• Update and maintain inventory systems, item records, and related documentation
• Research parts specifications and assist in sourcing alternatives when needed
• Support cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation efforts
• Help resolve discrepancies, shortages, and backorders in a timely manner

• Previous experience in parts coordination, inventory control, purchasing, warehouse operations, or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to follow-up
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Experience working with vendors, suppliers, or service providers
• Familiarity with warehouse procedures, shipping and receiving, or stockroom operations
• Prior experience supporting maintenance, automotive, manufacturing, or facilities operations
