Mold Setter / Technician Assistant – ITW Medical

• Assist technicians and shift leads in maintaining the production floor, including machine and forklift work.
• Assist with mold changeovers, determining part defects, root cause, and implementing corrective action.
• Set‑up and operate molding machinery and support equipment.
• Perform material handling duties in the molding area; deliver raw material, remove finished goods, and record material movement in the ERP system.
• Assist with scheduled preventative maintenance functions.
• Work closely with setup technicians and operators to ensure proper operation of equipment.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and maintain good housekeeping.
• Apply environmental health & safety practices.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices.

• Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience.
• Good communication, interpretation, visual, and mathematical skills.
• Basic computer skills and reasoning ability.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to adapt and learn.

• Occasional lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for a full manufacturing shift, reach with arms extended and/or overhead, use hand dexterity, bend, stoop, stretch, and similar activities.
• Ability to accommodate occasional flexible schedule when required.
• Safe operation of required equipment.
