Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a Long Term Care focus, available for a travel assignment in Washington, NC. The position starts 10/31/2026 for an 8-week contract on the night shift (8 hours, 11:00 pm–7:00 am) in a long-term care setting. Weekly pay ranges from $1,123 to $1,188, with no guaranteed hours specified in advance. This is a travel - temporary assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Orientation is scheduled during the first hours of the initial shift.

• Provide bedside nursing care under the supervision of an RN, including monitoring patients and administering prescribed medications and treatments as permitted by licensure and facility policy.
• Assess patient conditions, document findings, and communicate changes promptly to supervising staff.
• Collaborate with the nursing team and other disciplines to implement and adjust care plans for residents.
• Support activities of daily living for residents as needed and ensure safe, dignified care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in charting systems; ensure adherence to facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Promote infection control practices, safety, and resident well-being; participate in hand-off reporting and quality improvement efforts as assigned.

• Active North Carolina LPN license
• Minimum 12 months of recent LPN experience, preferably in long-term care
• Availability to work 8-hour night shifts (11:00 pm–7:00 am)
• Local candidates within approximately 100 miles of Washington, NC preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a licensed, skilled nursing environment and follow physician orders and facility policies
