Travel Registered Nurse Geriatric

Registered Nurse - Geriatric travel assignment in Washington, NC. Start date 10/31/2026 for 8 weeks. Weekly pay $1,681–$1,767 per week. Guaranteed hours: 0.0. Shift: 8-hour evenings (3:00 PM–11:00 PM), 5 days per week. Setting: long-term care / skilled nursing facility. This is a travel - temporary assignment managed by Healthforce Healthcare LLC. Current need requires an active North Carolina RN license and at least 12 months of recent RN experience in geriatric care, with orientation provided at the start of the assignment.

• Provide direct nursing care to geriatric residents in a long-term care setting
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; monitor for adverse effects
• Assess resident status, document findings, and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide experiential support to residents and families
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols

• Active North Carolina RN license
• 12 months of recent RN experience
• Ability to work 8-hour evening shifts (3:00 PM–11:00 PM), 5 days per week
• Weekend requirement: every other weekend
• Orientation to be completed during the first shift
• Credentials due by 10/10/26 or ASAP
