Home Health RN​/LPN- Cathlamet, Washington

Overview

Twilight Health is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated RNs and LPNs to provide one-on-one in-home care for elderly and chronically ill clients. Shifts are available for up to 12 hours, offering a flexible schedule, supplemental income, or a change from the hospital setting.

Cathlamet, Washington

• Provide one-on-one in-home nursing care to geriatric and chronically ill clients
• Daily driving to and from appointments with clients and to the Agency office
• Collaborate with family members and care teams to support patient needs

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
• Working conditions include flexible work week and potential weekends/holidays with compensation
• Must have a current, valid nursing license (RN or LPN/LVN)
• Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance
• Negative criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening
• Proficient use of spoken and written English
