Skagit, King, Snohomish, Kitsap, Pierce, Thurston, Whatcom

• Competitive Weekly Pay
• Competitive Compensation ranging from $45 to $55 hourly:
  • Compensation is dependent on experience, tenure, and number of hours worked.
  • The bottom range indicates little to no experience, while working 30 hours per week.
  • The top range indicates highly skilled and experienced clinicians surpassing full-time minimum requirement of 36 hours completed weekly.

• Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other appropriate personnel.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and care.
• Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care accurately and comprehensively.
• Educate patients and families on the disease process, self-care techniques, prevention strategies, and meeting the patient's nursing needs.

• Active RN License in Washington/Compact (required)
• Attention to Detail
• Time Management Skills
• Effective Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution
• Good Organization and Effective Communication
• Home Health Experience (preferred)
