Nurse Manager - Home Infusion Pharmacy - Spokane, Washington

Full Time / Days

Implement and administer the policies and procedures of the Home Infusion Department. Supervise employees and coordinate interdisciplinary care to the patient in the home. Determine staffing needs. Assign staff and is responsible for meeting productivity and staffing continuity standards. Participate in development of department policies, procedures, and quality management plan. Uphold the standards of confidentiality, attendance, and punctuality.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related field, or equivalent education/experience
• Upon hire:
  Washington Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire:
  Oregon Registered Nurse License

  Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
• 4 years Home Infusion experience
• 2 years Supervisory experience

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
