Position: CNA/NAC

Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.50/HR DOE

Location: Willapa Harbor Care, 1100 Jackson St., Raymond, WA 98577

• Assist residents with daily living activities, deliver meals, turning and ambulating residents, help residents with personal hygiene, and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shift
• Observe residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Document resident food and fluid intake
• Making resident's beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy
• Transport residents within the facility
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed

• Current and valid CNA certification and OBRA registry
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
• In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations
• Physical strength and stamina
• First aid and CPR certifications

Compensation for roles at Willapa Harbor Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Willapa Harbor Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Willapa Harbor Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington as stated below:
