NOC OB/Acute RN (BONUS OPPORTUNITY)

Coulee Medical Center is seeking a highly motivated NOC Labor and Delivery/Acute Care RN (L&D/ACU) to join our team of nurses. The RN will primarily care for patients on our acute care floor and manage obstetric patients when they present for care. Candidates must work quickly and efficiently in stressful environments while addressing patient concerns with compassion and in accordance with CMC's mission, vision, and values.

• Provide acute care for patients on the acute care floor.
• Care for obstetric patients during labor and delivery.
• Monitor laboring patients, perform NSTs, and assess pregnant women.
• Investigate and respond to emergencies in both acute and obstetric settings.
• Assist in admissions, discharges, and patient education.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

• Valid WA State RN License.
• Minimum certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and EFM. Candidates not trained in obstetrics will receive NRP and EFM during training.
• Strong background in acute care/medical-surgical nursing.
• Desire to expand skillset into obstetrics.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and compassionate care skills.

• $5,000 Sign-on Bonus (paid upon hire)
• $2,500 1-year Retention Bonus
• $2,500 2-year Retention Bonus
• Individuals employed at Coulee Medical Center in past 24 months are not eligible for sign-on or retention bonuses.

• Salary range:
  Wage scale includes 26 steps; placement depends on years of experience.
• Night differential: $3.50/hr, Weekend differential: $2.50/hr.
