Position Overview

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Chelan, WA

• Monday to Friday 8AM - 8PM

Pay Rate Range: $45-47/HR (Case Specific Rate Only)

• Day Shift Rate: $45/HR
• Night Shift Rate: $47/HR
• $1,000 Bonus – paid in increments of $250 for every 40 hours worked

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN license
• TB skin test – 2 step, current within last 12 months
• Six months of prior hands‑on nursing experience
• Must have reliable transportation
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures
• Continuing Education as required by state
