The Care Manager RN is an experienced RN who functions as a core member of a multidisciplinary team and communicates patient's health care needs with primary care, behavioral health services, health care facilities and/or payers.

Required Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training - Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- 3 years - Clinical nursing experience. 1 year - Care Managment or similar experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree - Nursing.
- Bachelor's Degree - Nursing.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
