Nurse / RN / Different Hospital settings

Would you like to live in an area surrounded by a large freshwater lake with 300+ days of sunshine. The community has a population of about 25K, with a facility that serves about 77K. The area features a small airport, a university, and amenities for everyone. • Provide professional, comprehensive nursing care for patients per your licensing scope and standards of practice. You will work closely with patients, physicians, and clinicians to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.

• Reports to the Director of the designated area. The nursing team is a caring group, and they are looking to add a person to the team.
• Openings in ICU (day and night shifts), MBU (day and night shifts), Perioperative (day shift), Surgical Services (day shift), and Clinic settings (day shift) are available.

• Graduate of an approved Nursing School
• Current Washington State RN Licensure and appropriate ACLS, PALS, TNCC, BLS; CEN preferred depending on department
• Prefer someone with 1 year of nursing experience

• Hours and compensation:
  Positions are full-time. Clinic Setting hours are 8am-5pm; other positions typically 12-hour shifts
• Hourly rate ranges: staff RN $40.75/hr - $77.50/hr; clinic setting $36.64/hr - $66.50/hr (depending on experience and degree level)
• Shift differentials: evenings $2.75/hr, nights $4.00/hr, weekends $3.75/hr
• Full benefits package including relocation assistance up to $5K and sign-on up to $15K

We are noting multiple RN openings: 1 Med Surg RN opening at Confluence Health - Moses Lake Campus (gross weekly pay example shown in listing). Other RN roles include Mother Baby Unit, Perioperative, and Resource Pool positions with various shifts.
