Regency Pacific Management is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality nursing care and promote resident rights, dignity, freedom of choice, and individuality.

$5,000 Welcome Bonus (Full-Time) — Paid over 18 months

• Ensure individualized care plans are followed and provide care planning staff with specific information, changes, and observations of the residents' needs and preferences.
• Attend to residents' needs including grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, incontinent care, toileting, colostomy care, prosthetic appliances, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, and communication in line with individuals' care requirements.
• Maintain skin integrity to prevent pressure ulcers, skin tears, and other damage by turning and repositioning immobile residents and applying moisturizers to fragile skin.
• Protect residents' personal belongings and promptly report missing items according to established policy.
• Take vital signs, record residents' weights, apply creams/ointments, collect specimens, lift, move, and transport residents, using proper body mechanics or lifting devices to prevent accidents.
• Document care in keeping with department policies.
• Follow prescribed safety and infection control procedures.
• Communicate and interact tactfully with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.

• Possess a CNA certification in the state of employment.
• Have the ability to obtain a CPR/BLS card.
