• Provide comprehensive reproductive and gynecologic healthcare, from adolescence through menopause.
• Diagnose and manage common women’s health conditions, menstrual disorders, and reproductive concerns.
• Deliver prenatal and postnatal care (if within scope and credentialing).
• Conduct preventive screenings (Pap smears, breast exams), contraceptive counseling, and STI testing/treatment.
• Prescribe medications, order and interpret diagnostics, and coordinate follow‑up care.
• Educate patients about family planning, reproductive health, menopause, and wellness.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure seamless, patient‑centered care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the Epic electronic health record system.

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Certification as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP‑BC).
• Current Washington ARNP license and DEA registration (if prescribing controlled substances).
• 1–2 years of women’s health experience preferred.
• BLS certification (required);
  Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to patient‑centered care, health equity, and community outreach.
